Therapy for Women in Pennsylvania, California, and North Carolina
Areas of Focus:
• Anxiety Therapy for Women
• Trauma Therapy
• Postpartum & Motherhood Support
• Life Transitions & Identity Shifts
I also have a particular interest in supporting women navigating infertility and reproductive challenges, as well as military service members, Veterans, and military-connected women coping with the emotional impact of service, deployment, or reintegration.
Many of my clients are therapists, psychologists, or healthcare workers. There is a strong need in the helping field to better care for us, and I am here to help with that process.
Online therapy support for anxiety, trauma/PTSD, postpartum mood concerns, and identity or life transitions.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I help clients understand how their experiences have shaped their emotional responses and develop tools to regulate anxiety, process trauma, and navigate change with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes—it’s about creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and build a stronger foundation for lasting emotional wellbeing.
Clients often come to me for anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, and postpartum support—especially when they’re high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally.
Much of my work centers on experiences that carry invisible grief or chronic stress—such as infertility or military service—where women are often expected to “stay strong” while processing loss, uncertainty, or trauma internally. I approach this work with sensitivity, respect, and an understanding of how these experiences can shape identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
