Sessions are all held online, through a confidential and private video or phone session.

Individual therapy

Individual Therapy

Sessions begin after the initial intake is completed. Sessions are for approximately 50-60 minutes and are held via a virtual platform. Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability. Please be in a private space for the session.

Group therapy

Group therapy - ON HOLD.

Topic: Building Self-Compassion, a group for women to move from being critical to being kind to yourself. Learn how to establish and uphold boundaries, communicate, and gain support from other women. Cognitive-Behavioral Approaches will be used in these groups, as well as educational components and active exercises to give practical skills. It is an 8-week course.

Groups are held via an online platform, and all participants are asked to be in a quiet area with privacy to respect the other group members' confidentiality as well.

Initial session

Initial comprehensive intake

 Intake Forms should be completed before the comprehensive intake session. Please allow extended time for this session, as there will be extensive information, assessment of your symptoms, and a preliminary plan for treatment developed as well as tentative diagnosis.
